Hey kids, Since I ran out of beer and drank too much soda, I got to slingin' some Perl code around and put together a status page for the server. You can see what map is being played, number of users connected, player names, scores, connection times - essentially everything you'd have to open up Sven and hit 'server info' to see, you can now see right in your web browser. The data is updated every 60 seconds, though I'm too lazy to code in a meta-refresh so you'll have to F5 it yourself. Many thanks to the German dude who put together the initial UDP script, and Valve's developer wiki for actually documenting the protocol. Oh yeah, the link! It's right here |
