You don't need a diamond pick to break snow blocks. Your account is your responsibility and as such you pay the price for whatever your friend does if you allow him to use your minecraft account. This was a mild grief, but one none the less. I'm willing to consider changing the ban to a week temp ban. The ban will still show up under your name via MCbans, but you will be able to get back on the server.
