i'm going to try to put this the best way i can. for those of you that reskin within MS Paint know that certain colors don't work. There's an option in Gimp that allows you to use those colors but if i try to load the .BMP file onto the model in Half Life Model Viewer, it shows an error saying "Error could not load BMP file". Is there a way to fix this? Please help

.bmp probably cant use those colors. The only reason i use MSPaint for reskinning is because it uses very simple colors. Just stick with it |

get the trial for Fireworks or photoshop they should help you get somewhere or check and see if its corrupted |

I pretty much just solved my own problem so never mind this topic anymore |
